Today was the best production day we had in the entire time we been producing. All it took was me stepping up in leadership and delegating tasks to other people, and also stopping with the nonsense.
I made three teams to work on tasks, one team was in charge of the book, one was on table tents, and another was on invites. This lead to a bunch of productivity but also bonding between members of the production team. I will continue to use this method for more production tasks. Plus I cut out the non sense by selecting people that would be beneficial to the production team, that I saw their abilities and had trust in them.
Cause last time I let someone work with us who lost my trust in them in production. The person was annoyed by us and proceeded to botch a batch of invites on purpose. The person did lazy cuts on the invites, and said they didn’t care about it. Which is a bad thing because this show represents all of us. Good thing I removed them from production.
