Over the course of my time as the leader of the production team, I have learned so much about being a leader. It’s a tough thing to do honestly, they come to you for questions. I have always been a follower so like when they asked if I liked the stuff we made in production, my opinion was the law! I have never experienced that before! It’s nice to have my opinion listened to for designs. My team and I wasted a couple periods of classes bc our production wasn’t organized and didn’t have a plan. This week and the week prior I have been locking in so we can get stuff finished. 

But I’m going to be honest, I would like to thank my instructors. I used what I learned from them and applied it to my style of leadership during production. Sometimes you have to be the bad guy, and that’s okay. You have to do quality control and make sure what comes out from production is good. There is always so much learning and you never stop learning. A true designer is never done learning.
