Honestly, it’s been a circus while producing. We have different filed and different variations with our projects that we’re producing. First time being a leader and I’m learning so much. You have to have patience a lot of it, as your team makes mistakes but we learn from it.
I decided that my team will be much smaller to make sure production will go much smoother. Earlier we had each person print out their invites and cut them. That led to varying sizes of the invites and quality. Some weren’t even cut properly. Me and my second in command had to sort through all of them. For quality control, so far. 21/144 were good. I learned a lot from that mistake.
It’s hard to be a leader, imagine being a teacher. I could never. But they’re inspiring to be a teacher cause you have so much to worry about and a lot to balance. I also learned some minor tricks on InDesign while designing in front of everybody. Such as the insert pages button, whoopsies.
